Little Nippers (4 years) and Nippers (5-6 years) Program

Our Nippers program is divided into 2 age groups: Little Nippers (age 4 / preschoolers) and Nippers (age 5 and 6 / school age). Classes are 30 minutes and designed to build core strength, coordination and resilience, and create confident young kids. In this class, we teach the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a fun, game-based environment that kids love!

LITTLE NIPPERS (Mat 2, upstairs): 4pm to 4.30pm (Mon, Wed & Thurs only).

NIPPERS (Mat 1, downstairs): 4pm to 4.30pm (Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri) | 8.30am to 9am Saturday

Grommets Kids Jiu-Jitsu Program (7 to 10 years)

Our Grommets classes are 45 minutes and focus on building core strength, cardio and agility, learning fundamental Jiu-Jitsu techniques and introducing one-on-one training. These classes enforce our core values of respect and discipline, and the skills learned can be transferred from the mats to real life. It’s a great foundation to learn self defence, while building friendships and having fun.

CLASS TIMES: 4.30 - 5.15pm (Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri) and 9 - 9.45am Saturday

Titans Teens Jiu-Jitsu Program (11 to 15 years)

Our Titans classes are 45 minutes and designed especially for teenagers looking to build confidence, resilience and fitness, while learning valuable self-defence skills. These classes focus on the more technical fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and are the perfect blend of both a mental and physical workout.

CLASS TIMES: 5.15 - 6pm (Mon, Wed, Fri) and 9.45 - 10.30am Saturday

Adults Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Program

Our Adults program welcomes men and women of all experience levels - from complete beginner to black belt. Most people who are new to BJJ start with our Intro to Jiu-Jitsu Program, which gives you 6 weeks of unlimited training and a gi to train in. At the end of the 6 week program, they join our unlimited membership, which provides unlimited access to all group classes on our timetable 6 days a week, including our Open Mat sessions. One on one private coaching is also available to those looking to accelerate their learning.

Private Jiu-Jitsu lessons can be booked with black belt Head Coach Jack Cox at a mutually suitable time. One-on-one jiu-jitsu coaching will accelerate your learning and give you customised drills to work on to help build your jiu-jitsu skills and strategic thinking.
